Yukon reliably cleans 99.9999% of spores, protozoa, bacteria and sediment from the water. The 0.1 Micron-sized pores inside the filter, much smaller than the micro-organisms grabs all these little devils out of the end product, which is pure drinking water. Yukon's filter is ceramic and has a lifespan of about 10,000 liters.

This is a three-phase filter, the first phase is done by a pre-filter that blocks the largest sediments, the next phase is a ceramic filter with 0.1 Micron pores, and post-filtration is done with an activated carbon filter. All consumable parts of the filter are available as spare parts.

The Yukon water filter is a pump model, that works like this: Insert the intake hose into the water source, lift the Yukon handle and start pumping. Filtration occurs when the water passes the Yukon filtration points, and a clean result comes out of the end hose.
