NorTent Gamme 8 is a spacious, 4-season shelter for extreme conditions for 8 to (6) people with stove readiness and two entrances. All seams and folds in the fabric are reinforced with Dyneema. The Gamme 8 is suitable for the most unpleasant conditions, it is spacious, but at the same time very mobile and light compared to what it offers. Gamme 8 consists of a total of 5 x tent poles that intersect at seven different points. The tent is free-standing and offers a really strong construction that can withstand even the worst conditions and a heavy snow load. A bit like carrying a small "home" with you.

The inspiration for the tent comes from the turf Hut shelter which have been used in Norway in the past centuries. Gamme-style shelter has always been used since the first people arrived in Norway and is still used by the local Sami people. Such accommodation provided security and warmth to indigenous peoples for centuries. And like other NorTent accommodations, Gamme has storm flaps under the hem that can be reinforced with snow, sand or rocks when you want a tent as close to the ground as possible. The 4-season tent provides the best protection in both summer and winter. Even if you don’t even use the guy ropes, Gamme stays upright thanks to its self-standing structure - even in the wind. But then when needed, the tent can be nailed to the ground at 10 (+4) guy rope points together with the 24 x ground stakes. A truly versatile 8-person tent for all possible adventures.

Spacious tent with an internal height of 216cm and a diameter of 432cm, but the weight is only 12kg. Not ultra light, but lightweight nonetheless when compared to the size of the tent and it's exceptionally strong structure. The fly sheet is a NorTent's specified Nylon 66 Arcx-n700: Thread thickness 70, and treated with silicone coating from both sides, the method for lightweight, but very strong fabric. Sure, this could be made even lighter, but NorTent’s ideas was not to compromise strength and stability. Gamme 8 is therefore intended for all possible conditions, including very bad weather conditions.

Gamme 8 is quick to erect even alone and even if the current weather is ruthless. An optional inner tent can be bought separately, which can be permanently attached so that the tent and the inner tent can be packed together and stored in the same storage bag. This way, the inner tent always travels effortlessly and does not need to be installed. Of course, you can also transport parts separately, so it's easy to share the load with your fellow travelers, for example. The inner tent is an optional accessory, it does not come with the Gamme 8 tent automatically.

Gamme 8 is made for extreme use and especially good for winter hot tent camping. Fully suitable habitat for the harshest of them conditions and when used with stove, totally winter proof accommodation for great adventures for the most extreme people.

The outer fabric of the tent is 100% waterproof, as it should be in tents of this style, and the air conditioning has been taken care of very carefully. Normally, very dense single-walled tents are prone to condensation from breathing air - the Gamme 8 model has thought of this and there are a total of 6 ventilation flaps. In addition, if a stove is used, there is no need to worry about condensation. Both doors have mosquito nets, so you can also ventilate through the doors without letting mosquitoes into the accommodation.

The Gamme 8 is built tough and Designed for stove use: a warm and comfortable accommodation is what is usually needed on most hars trips. Camping adventure with a light titanium stove is quite different from a traditional tent. Today's materials enable hot tent-style camping with the lightest solutions and easy to use solutions. When the snow and rain are storming outside, nothing is more comfortable than going for a shelter and heating up with a stove - nothing beats that feeling.
