Set has total of 12 pcs including some stuff thats not pictured. This complies with US military specifications for "Surgical Instruments Kit, Minor Surgery."

Also, fishermen can enjoy this product even when they are not needing a field surgery. There are vein clamps with straight and curved tips + tweezers, scissors and blades included - many fly fishers use these kind of stuff when making their own flies. Or remove hooks from the mouth of a fish.
