Kootamo Trail Tripod easily converts the sticks found in the terrain into a multi-purpose tripod for campfire tasks. The included chain with hook is adjustable and you can easily choose the hanging length for the pot or pan. Easy to use and simple, the device is easy to store and use. All you need are sticks found in the terrain and an instant tripod with chains and hook is ready to use!

The Kootamo Trail Tripod plate has three 2cm diameter holes - the length of the chain itself is 118cm maximum and the height from the campfire can be adjusted one chain link at a time. The Trail Tripod goes into a small space, comes with a leather case and can be an unpredictable help on any camping trip.

Easy to use:

Find three sticks of suitable thickness and length, insert them into the triangular plate through the holes and form a tripod.
Install the chain through the center hole of the plate and reconnect it to the chain link to the desired length.
Put the pot of your choice to hang.

Pro tip: take sticks long enough and get easy to make shelter for evening: cover the triangular sticks with a tarp and you will get a quick rain cover or emergency shelter built quickly.

The Kootamo Trail Tripod is made of stainless steel and lasts from father to son when stored and used properly. The chain and plate itself can withstand even the heaviest cast iron-style posts as long as you make sure the sticks you use are strong enough! The chain breaking strenght is around 50kg, so you can hang anything you would hang over the campfire: coffee pots, pots, cast iron pots, kettles etc. An excellent accessory for any outdoor trip.
