Katadyn is a Swiss based company that is specialized in water purification. In a nutshell it is a market leader in portable water purification devices.

Katadyn Micropur Forte disinfects clear water and keeps it germ free for up to 6 months. Micropur Forte's effect is based on chlorine and silver ions that destroy most of the protozoan, fungi, bacteria and viruses.

When you want to purify one liter of water, take one Micropur tablet and Drop it in water. Bacteria and viruses are destroyed in 30 minutes, but some protozoa such as Giardia needs a 120 minute treatment.

Micropur Forte tablets are an excellent addition to your hike and outdoor adventures. The product is completely safe for the human body.
