Winged by the popularity of Helikon’s previous Matilda backpack, it has come to the conclusion that there are never too many good Bushcraft backpacks. And here comes the new Bergen Backpack with 18L capacity. The style and functions are pretty much the same as as in the larger Matilda, but still it’s a different backpack. The Bergen Backpack is designed to carry all the necessities you need in a one or two day trip.

The main compartment has a capacity of 18 liters and can hold clothes and equipment for overnight trips - the pockets on the sides can hold a water bottle and camping food, for example, and the middle outer pocket holds everything else. Inside the outer middle pocket is a removable plastic tube, the idea of which is to protect all small items so that they cannot easily get lost.

Bergen has three positions to attach a camping ax and two pockets for a folding saw or a knife. There is a hidden MOLLE / PALS strap at the top of the backpack where you can add pockets or hang gloves with a carabiner. There are also loops on the bottom and the hood of the cover, to which you can tie more load. The whole backpack is made entirely of Cordura 500D material.
