Positioned horizontally on the belt, the Compact Med Pouch from Direct Action is a modern version of perhaps one of the most important personal items you can carry on your belt. Made of 500D Cordura, 210D nylon and laser-cut laminate - here's a complete and appropriately sized Med pouch that can to be carried on the back of the belt.

Works well together with the same company's Hornet Skeletonized Sleeve, but can of course be attached to any other MOLLE/PALS -compatible platform. Or directly to the belt, because it comes with special Paracord belt loops, so you can also attach it to a belt that doesn't have a separate PALS system.

Inside this personal IFAK pouch you can fit the most common and popular first aid sets. The chosen first aid supplies are fixed in place with the help of elastic loops inside the pocket. The minimalistic and ambidextrous IFAK pouch can be operated from both sides, Hypalon loop handles on both sides - pull one direction or the other with just one hand and the inner pocket / insert is immediately at hand.

Above the pocket is a wide, elastic loop for carrying a tourniquet, while on the back of the insert you can attach a shears pouch. On the front, a Velcro panel with "MED" embroidered on it enables rapid identification of the pouch.
