Kitchen graters by Edgeware - A completely new developed series of graters by Edgeware&trade from the USA providing numerous innovations. The three-dimensional notches of the graters are first chemically etched (patented method) and subsequently pressed in hood shape. As a result, extremely thin, evenly shaped and exceedingly sharp blades can be produced.

Due to the V-shaped geometrics of the edge, the cutting material is easily and safely grated. At the same time, there is a minimum level of wear on the blades. The felt sharpness is literally breathtaking. The grating process is supported by the newly developed coating which ensures the outstanding sliding of the cutting material on the grater and additionally enables us to manufacture the grater in trendy colors.
